Mimi Garner has been a resident of Plumas County since 1995 and a Director of the Plumas County Speical Districts Association for two years. She has been a professional Realtor Broker since 1999 and was the original developer of the Gold Mountain subdivision, the Nakoma Resort and Spa and the renowned Dragon Golf Course. She is dedicated to helping Special Districts succeed. She has been a Director of the Eastern Plumas Recreation District and ran for Plumas County Supervisor in 2018.
