The Mission of the Plumas County Special District Association is to provide an opportunity for special districts to meet and share their concerns and experiences. To give a consolidated voice on issues and positions to LAFCo, the Plumas County Board of Supervisors and other entities that interact with special district functions. It informs the public of the role of special districts in Plumas County. The PCSDA participates in statewide, regional and local organizations that affects interest in special districts and assists their boards in operating efficiently and equitably while proposing constructive means for the improvement and functioning of all special districts in Plumas County.

channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Plumas County Special District Association
